About Me

I am an associate professor of computer science at Utah Valley University. My interests, in addition to striving to be a good teacher, include programming languages, numerical software, mathematical foundations of computing, and design patterns and principles. I was a software engineer for over 20 years before I joined the UVU faculty in 2001. For more information, see my resume. For articles on C, C++, Java, and other software development topics, visit my professional page (which is ugly - I'll update it someday).
